Since achieving your treatment goals is our utmost concern, we offer many ways for you to plan for your treatment. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover as well as personal checks.

You may also elect to benefit from our relationship with Chase Health Advance, a third party provider of financing for dental treatments, endorsed by the American Dental Association (888-748-3621 or pick up an application in our office).

Our staff is well trained to submit your insurance authorization forms for all patients. Furthermore, it is often possible to arrange payment plans in special situations.

Such arrangements are based on the scope of and timing associated with a total treatment plan.
