You may also elect to benefit from

Chase
Health Advance,
a third party provider of financing
for dental treatments, endorsed by
the American Dental Association (888-748-3621
or pick up an application in our office).
Our staff is well trained to submit your
insurance authorization forms for all patients.
Furthermore, it is
often possible to arrange payment plans in
special situations.
Such arrangements are
based on the scope of and timing associated with
a total treatment plan.
