Teeth loss can result from gum disease or injury. Full dentures are used as replacements for people who are missing all of their teeth. Dentures can also be used in patients who have only partial tooth loss. This is called a partial denture or an overdenture. Dr. Johnson specializes in crafting the teeth for the appliance so they are similar in appearance to actual teeth and are comfortable and functional.
Dr. Johnson and his staff firmly believe in educating their patient, “Only when a patient knows almost as much as me can they make an adequate and appropriate decision regarding materials, longevity, risks, and benefits.” An educated person can make a decision that is right for them. Dr. Johnson is a prosthodontist with a national reputation because of his attention to detail, credentials, and artistry; who has been practicing implant, cosmetic, and prosthodontic dentistry since 1986. His practice is substantially different from main stream dentistry.
